Step 1

Before beginning the treatment, place the Ice Globes into the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Cleanse your skin and apply your favourite moisturiser or facial oil.

Step 3

Once cooled, begin the massage starting at the neck, per instruction in the manual

Step 4

Once the massage is completed, clean the Ice Globes and replace back into the box for storage.
