How to use

Step 1

After showering or bathing, apply your favourite body cream or oil to the areas you wish to target.

Step 2

Work the Gua Sha across the face and/or body as per guidelines in manual.

Step 3

Use gentle strokes whilst applying a light to moderate pressure to area(s) you wish to work on, approximately 6-8 strokes per area.

Step 4
