Yes, it is safe. If you want to cleanse more gently, use the synthetic bristle brush. Of course, if your skin does react stop using immediately.

We recommend you keep this device away from direct water to protect the battery inside the unit.

We recommend you use a roller consistently each day for 3-5 minutes per session. Typically, it will take 2 months of consistent use before you see results.
